The polling place for Town of Farmington is located at Farmington town Hall located at the corner of State Road 54 and County Road Q, Waupaca, Wi 54981.
All eligible electors must be registered before voting. You may register to vote at the polling place on election day or contact Sandy Grenlie 715-258-2779 to receive and complete a Voter Registration Application. On election day you will need to provide your drivers license number if you drive, if not, the last four numbers of your social security number and proof of residence inorder to vote.
If submitting a registration application by mail you will need to provide a copy of acceptable proof of residence. Forms of identification which constitute acceptable proof of residence are a current and valid photo identification, or one of the following:
A current and valid driver's license, a current and valid WI identification card, any other official identification card or license issued by a WI governmental body or unit, a real estate tax bill, a residential lease which is effective for a period that includes election day (NOT a first time voter registering by mail), copy of a current utility bill for the period commencing not earlier than 90 days before election day, a bank statement, pay check or government document that show name and address of the voter.
Absentee Ballots: Contact Sandy Grenlie @715-258-2779 or stop at Farmington Town Hall. The deadline to make application to vote by mail is 5:00 pm on Thursday preceding the election. Last day to vote absentee in Clerks Office is close of business on Friday
preceding the election. the first day to vote absentee in clerks office is the third Monday
prior to election.
